Job Title: Investment Banking Qualitative/Quantitative Research (Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager)Location: GurgaonWork hours: 10am to 7pm ISTDepartment: Investment BankingExperience Level: 6-10 years1-2 months' notice candidates preferred due to business need.Job PurposeAcuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its Investment Banking team based in Gurgaon.Key Responsibilities -- Supporting our clients on multiple industries including Consumer, IT/ BPO, Telecom, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Retail, Oil & Gas, FIG, Services.- Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparable, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.- Preparing pitch books, industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles and company focused discussion documents related to various industries.- Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”- Conducting quality control check of the outgoing reports / packs- Engaging client independently on calls and e-mails- Demonstrating strength and experience in client / requester relationship building and management, information / knowledge needs assessment- Other responsibilities include:- Scoping the new projects, structuring deliverables/new research products- Producing high quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deckKey Competencies- Educational Qualification -MBA/ CFA/ CA.- 6-10 years of experience in the Investment banking space- Experience of working Investment banking projects.- Detailed financial analysis with knowledge / experience of working on financial statements- Target identification, Trading and Transaction comps- Benchmarking, Ratio analysis- Pitch book / IM support and company profiles- Macro-economic and industry overviews with experience working across various industries- Bespoke qualitative research- Should be able to work independently, with minimal guidance and support- Prior experience in handling clients directly through calls / mails- Excellent written and spoken communication skills- Should be well versed with MS Office suite specially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point.- Working knowledge of database such as Bloomberg, CapitalIQ, Factset, Thomson, etc.
