Areas of Responsibility

1 Providing Infrastructure solutions / Cloud Architecture for deployments of IT Applications.2 Delivery Support for all IT enabled or IT embedded projects.3 Project management for various infrastructure activities.4 Engage in situations demanding architectural expertise to provideresolutions and long-term stability5 Works with Internal IT/Apps/Security Teams to gather and develop an accurate understanding of business requirements and related issues – both business and technical.6 Identifies Enterprise IT parameters and constraints that impact the solution.7 Identifies probable competition and evaluates relative company strengths.8 Architects an appropriate technical solution to meet business requirements that may involve Hybrid cloud environments including Cloud-native architectures, Microservices, etc.9 Knowledge of underlying Technology stack is very important to wrinkle out technology framework nuances during Solution design10 Awareness of Full stack frameworks such as Angular / React / Vue11 Awareness of RDBMS / NoSql databases such as MongoDB / MS Sql / Cassandra / Neo4J / DynamoDB12 Awareness of Data Streaming platforms such as Apache Kafka /Apache Flink / AWS Kinesis13 Optimizes and incorporates the inputs of specialists in solution design.14 Establishes the validity of a solution and its components with both short and long term implications.15 Identifies the scalability options and implications on IT strategy and/or related implications of a solution and includes these in design activities and planning.16 Builds strong professional relationship with key IT and business executives. Be a trusted advisor for Cross functional and Management Teams.17 Partners effectively with other teams to ensure problem resolution.18 Provides solution and advice, create Architectures, PPT.19 Transfers Knowledge to BAU team.20 Demonstrates a bond knowledge of cloud technology & solutions, with deep expertise in area of specialization.21 Applies broad understanding of technical innovations & trends in solving business problems.22 Demonstrated ability to work as the lead for components of large complex projects.23 Has demonstrated hands-on level skill with the cloud technology solution area.24 Communication of any downtimes, outages and RCA is a key element.25 Internal reporting to GM IT Infrastructure.

Additional Requirements1. Fluency in Local Language – Ability to read write and speak fluently, especially inEnglish & Hindi2.

10-12 year’s-experience in technical solution/account management.3. Technical and solution experience in IT industry.4. Multi location / Overseas experience5. Awareness or exposure to deployment of Enterprise-wide solutions6. Other platforms of O/s and DB - e.g. Unix, Linux, Oracle and Vendor evaluation and vendorqualification7. Techno - commercial exposure in closure of contracts, price negotiations8. Experience with Governance practices.9. Awareness of Infosec practices, Tools, appliances, and devices10. Awareness of software development practices and some experience on Infrastructuresolutioning for inhouse developed Applications.11. Exposure to ITIL Standards and practices12. Experience in running Data Centre operations and in setting up IDC / Cloud infrastructure.13. Experience in handling Cloud Infra & Solutioning of cloud-based solutions.14. Basic understanding of network domain is also required.
