Blutic is looking for a Data Integration Developer (Level 1) with 1-3 yrs experience in developing and maintaining ETL processes and reports using SSIS, SSRS, and SQL Server under the guidance of senior team members. This entry-level role is ideal for developers looking to grow their skills in enterprise data solutions while contributing to critical client projects.This is a 100% long term remote opportunity. The candidate should be willing to work in 9 hrs shift anywhere between 11am-11pm IST with an overlap of 3-4 hrs on Pacific time zone.Core Requirements:- 1-3 years experience with SQL Server (T-SQL fundamentals)- Basic understanding of SSIS/SSRS concepts- Familiarity with relational database principlesKey Responsibilities1. Development Support- Assist in building basic SSIS packages for data extraction and transformation- Help develop simple SSRS reports with guidance from senior developers- Write and modify basic SQL queries and scripts- Perform data validation and testing of developed solutions2. Team Participation- Work closely with Level 2/3 developers to implement solutions- Participate in code reviews and learn best practices- Maintain documentation of work in Confluence/Jira- Attend and contribute to daily stand-ups3. Learning & Growth- Develop understanding of client's data architecture- Learn to troubleshoot basic ETL process issues- Gain exposure to Agile development methodologiesRequired Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsTools:- Willingness to learn Azure Dev Ops, Jira, ConfluenceSoft Skills- Strong willingness to learn and grow technical skills- Basic problem-solving abilities- Good communication skills for team collaborationEducation & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field- Internship or academic project experience with databases- Any entry-level Microsoft certifications are a plus
