Job Title:Graphics DesignerReporting To: Head of MarketingJob Location: MumbaiJob SummaryThe Graphics Designer will own the design strategy and user experience for the Khet Pe platform. Acting as the voice of the user, this role involves creating and validating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring simplicity, trust, and impact to farmer-centric digital experiences. The designer will conduct user research, perform usability testing, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces that drive adoption, retention, and farmer empowerment.Roles & Responsibilities- Own the design and formatting of consulting-style presentations, reports, and dashboards.- Translate raw inputs (data tables, charts, bullet points) into clear, concise, and visually polished slides.- Maintain brand consistency across investor decks, business proposals, dashboards, and internal communications.- Design infographics, icons, and data visualizations to simplify complex concepts for decision-makers.- Support leadership and sales in preparing high-stakes deliverables such as board decks, client proposals, and fundraising pitchbooks.- Collaborate with analytics teams to convert raw outputs into clean charts, dashboards, and visual summaries.- Create and manage slide templates, color palettes, fonts, and design guidelines.- Ensure all deliverables meet top-tier consulting and banking standards of precision, alignment, and storytelling.- Prepare quick-turnaround visuals for leadership reviews, marketing collateral, and internal strategy documents.- Stay updated on presentation and visualization trends; introduce new techniques to continuously raise design quality.Candidate Profile & Skill RequirementsExperience:- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design for consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy roles.- Proven ability to deliver executive-ready decks and dashboards under tight deadlines.- Portfolio demonstrating transformation of raw content into polished visual narratives.Core Skills:- Advanced Power Point and Google Slides expertise (layouts, templates, animations).- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design).- Experience designing dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Figma is a plus.- Mastery of charting, infographics, typography, and layout precision.- Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and audience-focused design.Leadership Competencies:- Clear communicator capable of turning leadership direction into high-quality visuals.- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with CXOs and consulting teams.- Meticulous attention to detail with zero tolerance for alignment or formatting errors.- Proactive, iterative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Industry Knowledge (Preferred):- Familiarity with consulting or financial services deliverables.- Exposure to Ag Tech, insurance, or data-driven businesses is an added advantage.Personal Attributes:- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable under pressure.- Outcome-focused with a service mindset — always ready to go the extra mile to make presentations “CXO-ready.”- Organized, self-driven, and adaptable to evolving priorities.About Swan Sat GroupSwan Sat Group stands at the intersection of deep technology, precision intelligence, and social impact — uniting three powerful verticals to transform how nations, businesses, and communities make decisions.At its core is Swan Sat, a leader in satellite and geospatial intelligence, harnessing cutting-edge SAR, optical, and thermal data, enhanced by advanced AI/ML algorithms, to deliver actionable insights for agriculture, disaster management, defense, and climate resilience.Through Khet Pe, the Ag Tech powerhouse, Swan Sat brings the world’s most accurate crop intelligence directly to farmers.
