- Work closely with engineers to translate business needs into technical requirements.


- Proactively identify risks and challenges that may impact delivery timelines or outcomes.


- Communicate issues to senior leadership with actionable recommendations for resolution.


- Conduct post-delivery reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.


- Ensure timely updates of deployment schedules and communicate any changes to stakeholders.


- Maintain and regularly update release notes to provide accurate information about new features,

enhancements, and fixes.


- Actively contribute to development where necessary and help guide and mentor junior :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.


- 5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, with at least 3+ years in technical roles.


- Proven experience delivering complex projects in an Agile environment.


- Strong understanding of software development principles and lifecycle.


- Experience working with AWS, Python, and mobile app development frameworks.


- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.


- Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications (e.g., ScrumMaster) are highly desirable.


Must have requirements :


- Experience in the fintech industry or financial services is a strong asset.


- Experience with native mobile app development (Flutter - Android/iOS).


- Knowledge of state management in Flutter applications.


- Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes.


- Published apps on Google Play Store and/or Apple App Store.
