You’ll own features from the whiteboard sketch to the running production code.● Write Excellent Code: Craft clean, scalable, and high-performance APIs and services using Python (Flask).● Deploy & Scale: Containerize applications with Docker and manage deployments on Kubernetes.● Solve Hard Problems: Dive into complex workflows, tackle non-trivial technical challenges, and contribute to key architectural decisions.● Lead the project end to end: You will be the single point of contact for engineering to drive the project from start to finish.What We’re Looking For:● Experience: 2-4 years as a backend developer, with a track record of shipping software.● Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python and significant hands-on experience building production APIs with Flask/FastAPI.● DevOps Mindset: Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes. You believe in automating your own deployments.● Strong Fundamentals: A solid grasp of system design, databases, and core computer science principles.● A Startup Mentality: You are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on independence and ownership.
