About the Role: As a SIAM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing service integration strategies to ensure seamless delivery of IT services across multiple service providers. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to establish governance frameworks, manage relationships, and drive continuous improvement in service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, implementation, and operation of SIAM frameworks and processes to integrate services from multiple vendors.

2. Define service integration policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to establish clear roles, responsibilities, and service interfaces.

4. Develop and maintain service catalogs, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all services.

5. Monitor service performance and compliance against SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

6. Facilitate regular service reviews and governance meetings with stakeholders and vendors to review performance, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.

7. Act as a central point of contact for escalations, incidents, and service requests related to service integration issues.

8. Provide guidance and support to project teams and vendors during service transitions and changes.

9. Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in service integration and management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven experience in service integration and management, with a focus on implementing and managing SIAM frameworks.

3. In-depth knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles, processes, and tools, with familiarity in ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) practices.

4. Strong understanding of vendor management, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and relationship management.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex service integration issues and propose practical solutions.

7. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

8. Certification in IT service management (e.g., ITIL Foundation, SIAM Foundation) is desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with service integration tools and platforms (e.g., FreshService, ServiceNow ).

2. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and hybrid IT environments.

3. Experience in organizational change management and stakeholder engagement.

4. Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks related to service integration and management
