Position : Project Management Consultant – Hospitality ConstructionRole OverviewAkshayaa Hotesl & Resorts is seeking a skilled Project Management Consultant (PMC) to lead the final phase of construction and ensure a smooth handover to the hotel operations team. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience managing hospitality or commercial projects of similar scale, with strong coordination, technical, and reporting capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruction & Finishing OversightSupervise balance civil works, MEP (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting), façade, interiors, and landscapingEnsure quality control, snagging/desnagging, and timely execution of FOH/BOH areasReview contractor proposals and monitor daily site progressCoordination & Documentation• Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and the hotel operations team• Conduct weekly site meetings, prepare MoMs, and follow up on action items• Maintain updated records: drawings, warranties, manuals, and as-built documentationPlanning & Reporting• Develop and track execution schedules, flag delays, and recommend corrective actions• Prepare monthly progress reports and dashboards for internal and operator review• Support cost control, billing verification, and change order managementStrategic Input• Recommend value engineering options and phasing strategies• Assist in contractor evaluation and onboarding if needed• Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational readinessIdeal Profile• B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or Interior Engineering/ MBA.• 8–10 years of experience in hotel/resort/commercial project delivery• Strong understanding of MEP systems, interior finishing, and operator coordination• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsWork Location : Chirala, Andhra PradeshInterested applicants- Please send us resume at
