Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a critical role in helping our clients implement and configure Dynamics 365 Finance to optimize their financial operations and achieve their strategic Collaborate with clients to understand their current financial processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Analyze and translate business requirements into a comprehensive Dynamics 365 Finance implementation plan.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) to meet specific client needs.
- Develop and document user training materials to ensure seamless user adoption of the new financial management system.
- Conduct user training sessions to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to operate the system effectively.
- Provide ongoing support to clients after implementation, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing system configurations.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365F) implementation and configuration.
- Strong understanding of core D365F modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets).
- Experience with financial management concepts and best practices (accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
- Experience with data migration and integration techniques for D365F.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools and functionalities within D365F.
Additional Skills:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise language for business users.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
