What Will You Do?

  • Hands-On Development: Write robust, maintainable, and secure PHP code using Laravel and modern development principles.
  • Architect & Scale: Design high-performance application architecture, optimize APIs and database schemas for scalability and reliability.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, and product stakeholders to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Drive Quality: Implement coding standards, enforce security protocols, and ensure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines are running smoothly.
  • Optimize & Innovate: Continuously improve performance, security, and scalability of web applications through thoughtful, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex development challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
  • Lead & Mentor: (For Team Lead Position) Guide and support a team of PHP developers, conduct code reviews, and promote clean coding standards and best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional PHP development experience
  • Technical Mastery: Expertise in Laravel or other PHP MVC Frameworks, MySQL, and modern JavaScript technologies.
  • API & Architecture: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and application performance tuning.
  • DevOps Friendly: Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code structure
  • Leadership: (For Team Lead Position) Proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire junior developers while leading technical discussions and decision-making.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience with Docker, Microservices, or React is a strong advantage.
