We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and help develop ISV (Independent Software Vendor) solutions IP (Intellectual Property) for Microsoft platforms. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing software solutions that leverage Microsoft technologies to meet the needs of our customers and partners. This is not a remote position it is fully onsite in our Bangalore office Responsibilities: Solution Design: Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs. Development: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using Microsoft technologies, including but not limited to .NET, Azure, SQL Server, and Power Platform. Frontend Development: Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern web development frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.Js. Backend Development: Develop scalable and efficient backend services and APIs using .NET Core, Node.Js, or other appropriate technologies. Database Design and Optimization: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for performance and scalability using SQL Server or other relational databases. Integration: Integrate third-party services and APIs as needed to enhance the functionality and interoperability of our solutions. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and perform automated and manual testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and security of the software. Documentation: Create technical documentation, including design documents, API documentation, and user guides, to support internal development and external integration efforts. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure successful delivery of software solutions. Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Microsoft platforms and ISV development, and share knowledge with the team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development, with a focus on Microsoft technologies. Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and other relevant Microsoft development frameworks and tools. Experience with frontend development using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks/libraries (e.G., Angular, React, Vue.Js). Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices. Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, and related services (e.G., Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps). Experience with database design, optimization, and administration using SQL Server or other relational databases. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
