Join us in shaping a future where technology seamlessly aligns with purpose.About the Job:As a Practice head you will owns the overall development of Data & Analytics practice (Enterprise Data warehouse, data platform modernization, migration to cloud data platform, Visualization, Enterprise data governance, MDM and Advance analytics – AI/ML). This includes revenue growth, business development strategies, creation of differentiated offerings, building team competencies, marketing of technology & domain solutions / service offerings to internal/external stakeholders, building new technology capabilities, managing partnership with principles and startup eco-system. Drive strategic account growth and be responsible for the delivery of consulting services to our customers. You should have experience working with customers in the Fortune 500 and have experience leading Enterprise Data warehouse, data platform modernization, migration to cloud data platform, Visualization, Enterprise data governance, MDM and Advance analytics – AI/ML services. Serve as the executive leader behind the integrity of the organization's technology strategies and ongoing Data & Analytics initiatives.

Title: Program DirectorLocation: PuneEducational Background: Masters/Professional Degree1) P&L ManagementCreate, strategize and sign off P&L budgets along with the Sub-vertical leaders, Handled accounts (P&L) spread across various GEOEnsures the vertical achieves its MTD/YTD, Q on Q targets: Revenue, EBTIDA, Operational metrics - EE and EN and aligned SG&A costsConducts monthly reviews on revenue margin, pipeline, utilizationIdentify key parameters of improvement for vertical growth and marginsLead and implement all cost related initiatives for VBUs and direct projects

2) Sales & Client ManagementCreate strategies and deliver best in class service to clients and ensure renewals of existing partnerships - primary responsibility for EE (Renewals and Extensions)Identify opportunities for cross sell in the existing accountsCo-own, support and propose new domain offerings/cross-sell to existing clientsBuild Industry partnerships and come up with new offerings, solutions for the verticalSupport Sales and Delivery teams in proposal/solution developmentSupporting onsite presales and customer presentationsSharing customer insights with practice/sales teams, to ensure offering development in line with customer requirementsExposure of long-term planning and execution

3) Service Delivery and Project ManagementProject, Program and Portfolio Management, Process Improvement, Change Management, Risk Management, Financial Reporting, Six Sigma, DMAIC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Account Management, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Cloud OperationDecide delivery account structure for all accounts under the verticalResponsible for the overall delivery of the verticalEnsure smooth operations delivery and in alignment with agreed targetsGovern and liaise with VBU delivery leaders to ensure high-quality and on-time project deliveryDrive change management with agility basis business needs

4) Performance ManagementCascade vertical level goals to practice and account delivery teamsManage performance, rewards, careers and appraisals for teamsMonitor overall vertical employee performance

5) Resource Management & UtilizationOwn operating plans and identify overall resourcing and project staffing requirements along with RMGPeriodically review overall people operating plan and utilization

Skills Required:

Min. 20 years of relevant experience required.
