We're looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join us as the Head of Marketing & Brand Strategist. This role is for someone who blends big-picture brand thinking with the ability to build and lead a high-performance marketing team. You'll drive the brand's vision, shape its voice in culture, and lead multi-channel marketing efforts that leave a lasting impact.
SECTION 3 – KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES
- Lead brand strategy for new launches, rebrands, partnerships, and cultural collaborations.
- Translate consumer insights and market research into brand positioning, storytelling, and customer experiences.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across digital, content, product, PR, and offline channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, R&D, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment.
- Craft strategies that drive measurable results across awareness, engagement, and conversion touchpoints.
- Mentor, inspire, and manage the marketing team, fostering innovation and high performance.
- Balance creative vision with operational execution, timelines, and budget accountability.
- Monitor competitor activities, emerging trends, and market shifts to proactively adapt strategy.
- Define and track key marketing KPIs including brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Represent the brand externally in media, events, and industry forums to enhance visibility and reputation.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Build and lead the marketing team with a clear strategic vision.
- Define and oversee execution of integrated marketing plans across digital, brand, content, PR, and offline touchpoints.
- Drive internal alignment with product, growth, and creative teams to ensure strategic consistency.
- Champion innovation, digital-first strategies, and brand-building initiatives.
SECTION 4 – Qualification and Skills
MBA/PGDM qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
Key Capabilities and Characteristics (Interpersonal skills, specific competencies, specific skills, etc)
- 10 years of experience in digital-first brand strategy (agency or modern brand-side).
- End-to-end experience from insight generation to execution.
- Skilled in building emotional, resonant stories - not just functional messaging.
- Strong communicator with a strategic mind and creative soul.
- Deep cultural fluency - keen on emerging trends, behaviors, and untapped narratives.
- Bonus: Experience with collabs, creator partnerships, or experiential campaigns.
