We are seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager who takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships and providing exceptional service to our esteemed National Client. Key Responsibilities:   Foster and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Oversee rostering, performance management, and KPI tracking. Prioritize and ensure adherence to Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards. Conduct daily and weekly toolbox talks with candidates to ensure alignment with safety and performance standards. Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address any operational challenges. Recruit and target the selection of candidates to meet specific client needs. Manage general administrative tasks related to recruitment and client management. Flexibility in both start and finish times is essential to succeed in this role. Key Requirements:   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Solid experience in warehousing operations. Strong familiarity with the logistics and supply chain sector. A friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach. Demonstrated initiative and ability to think creatively to solve problems. Previous experience in a recruitment-related role is highly preferred. A solid understanding of WHS policies and procedures. Self-motivated, adaptable, and highly skilled in multitasking and managing customer expectations. Flexibility in working hours, with the potential for a rotating roster.
