Key Responsibilities :
Candidate will be responsible for integrating various subsystems such as Battery Management Systems (BMS), motors, controllers, displays, and sensors into electric two-wheelers.
Ensuring seamless communication and functionality across all hardware and software components. Collaborate with design and hardware teams to ensure proper alignment of electrical and mechanical interfaces.
Validating wiring harness design and connectivity for reliability and safety.
Conducting integration testing, fault analysis, and troubleshooting of subsystems and entire vehicle systems. Optimize system performance by fine-tuning hardware and software interfaces.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product design, software development, and manufacturing, to meet project timelines and objectives.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive integration, testing, and troubleshooting documentation.
Ideal Candidate :
B.tech or M.tech in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Overall 2+ years of experience in EV systems integration or related roles.
Hands-on experience with electric two-wheeler systems is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of EV architecture, including motor controllers, BMS, and CAN/LIN communication protocols. CANalyzer, and diagnostic software.
Knowledge of battery technologies, thermal management systems, and power electronics.
