Digital Visual Transformation ConsultantLocation: Bangalore / Hyderabad (ONLY)Industry: Fin Tech, Asset Management, Capital MarketsKey Responsibilities:- Strategy & Business Case: Develop compelling business cases and clear roadmaps (objectives and timelines) for visual-digital transformation projects.- System Transformation: Provide hands-on experience in setting up and customizing suitable visual transformation systems and enhancing user experience alongside business and technology teams.- User Experience Design: Conduct analysis and design of key user journeys for internal and external client platforms.- Stakeholder Alignment: Utilize exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence and align diverse business stakeholders on transformation objectives.- Compliance & Policy: Ensure all new visual-digital initiatives, policies, and systems are developed and implemented in strict compliance with the regulatory framework.- Implementation Support: Actively support the implementation of new systems to ensure successful adoption and delivery of intended business value.Required Skills & ExpertiseBusiness & Consulting:- Proven experience in a Consulting or Transformation role, specifically focusing on Digital and Visual Experience.- Expertise in the Fintech, Asset Management, or Capital Markets domain (Equities Trading, Fixed Income Instruments, Issuer Communication).- Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.- Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Technical Environment:- Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and technologies:- Angular- Vue JS-.
