About the Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Developer to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, user-friendly web applications using React.js. You will work closely with a team of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver exceptional frontend experiences. This position requires a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.


Responsibilities :


- Develop and maintain responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript.


- Implement state management solutions using Redux or similar app-level state management libraries.


- Build reusable components and libraries for future use.


- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.


- Design and implement scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.


- Utilize Webpack, Yarn/npm, and other build tools to optimize application performance.


- Implement modern CSS practices (css-in-js, css modules, css frameworks).


- Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to best practices.


- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs.


- Manage data flow and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.


- Gain experience with middleware/server-side JavaScript to enhance application functionality.


- Understand and implement web security best practices.


- Manage user sessions and authentication effectively.


- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.


- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.


- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.


- Work full-time from our Chennai office.


Requirements :


Experience :


- 4+ years of experience as a React Developer.


- 5+ years of experience in FE/Full Stack software engineering.


- 5+ years of proven experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux/understanding of app level state management, Webpack, Yarn/npm, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, RESTful APIs.


- Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript best practices.


- Knowledge of modern CSS (css-in-js, css modules, css frameworks, etc.).


- Experience with middleware/server-side JavaScript.


- Solid understanding of web app system design.
