PRODUCT : Axtria DataMAx™ is a global cloud-based data management product specifically designed for the life sciences industry. It facilitates the rapid integration of both structured and unstructured data sources, enabling accelerated and actionable business insights from trusted data This product is particularly useful for pharmaceutical companies looking to streamline their data processes and enhance decision-making capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Technical director – is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures. They integrate AI models with enterprise systems, manage agentic system interactions, and provide technical leadership to development teams. Additionally, they translate business requirements into technical specifications, drive innovation while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and implement monitoring systems to maintain system integrity and performance. Their role is crucial in bridging the gap between technology and business, ensuring seamless and efficient operations. the successful candidate will be involved at multiple levels and should be comfortable in developing cloud based platform, collaborating with developers, product managers, SaaS Ops, and architecting client solutions leveraging the base product platform. Must have experience in integrating various technologies to deliver scalable, configurable, multitenant architecture. Techinical Skills – A Technical Architect in the domains of Generative AI (GenAI), agentic systems, SaaS, Cloud, AWS, and Azure has a multifaceted role. Here are some key responsibilities: Design and Implementation : Develop and implement technical architectures and frameworks for AI and cloud-based solutions Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of systems Integration and Orchestration : Integrate AI models and services with existing enterprise systems Orchestrate agentic systems, ensuring they interact seamlessly with external systems and APIs Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them through the design and implementation phases Review and approve code and design frameworks to ensure quality and adherence to best practices Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications Act as a bridge between technical and business aspects, ensuring alignment and effective communication Innovation and Compliance : Develop AI frameworks and models that are compliant with data privacy regulations (e.G., GDPR) Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, cloud technologies, and best practices to drive innovation Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Implement logging, monitoring, and AI safety services to detect and mitigate potential risks Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system integrity and performance. These responsibilities ensure that a Technical Architect can effectively design, implement, and manage complex AI and cloud-based systems, driving both technological and business success. Key Skills: Proficiency in full stack development, particularly with Python and React. Expertise in microservices and serverless architectures. Experience with distributed architectures. Strong background in data analytics architectures. Proficiency in data modeling, including relational, dimensional, and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with deployment technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker. Experience with at least one MPP/VLDB database, such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery. Proficiency in at least one relational database, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. Experience with at least one cloud platform, preferably AWS, but Azure or Google Cloud are also acceptable. Strong knowledge of security and governance practices. Soft Skills: Maintaining good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Implementing best practice engineering methods. Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management. Supporting established organizational objectives by developing goals and strategies. Finding and implementing ways to improve cost-efficiency. Hiring new staff and managing staff efficiency. Strong proficiency in developing and designing highly scalable, available, secure and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Proficiency in working closely with clients, product owners, enterprise architects and business analysts to understand functional and non-functional requirements and convert into technical solutions. Ability to diverse requirements, negotiate, and effectively articulate rationale and vision behind technical decisions that support the business.
