Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at White Placard Systems Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software projects. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for software projects.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
  • Solution Design and Documentation:
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for software development.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and facilitate effective communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure that the delivered software meets business requirements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of the software.
  • Project Management Support:
  • Assist in project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Provide insights to project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • SDLC Methodologies:
  • Waterfall, Agile, Good understanding of SCRUM and SPRINTS.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends in business analysis.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements for complex software solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
