Were looking for a Senior Copywriter who can craft communication thats clear, clever, and deeply rooted in insight. Youll be the voice behind the Retail Start up brand across platforms from push notifications to hoardings, and from Insta Reels to newspaper ads.

This is not a passive role we want a thinker, a storyteller, and a challenger of the obvious.

App & CRM Copy: Craft sharp, thumb-stopping push notifications, in-app banners, WhatsApp and SMS messages that drive action and retention.

  • Offline Campaigns: Write impactful copy for hoardings, flyers, store branding, truck branding, lift ads, and outdoor campaigns.
  • Advertising: Develop copy for print ads (newspapers, leaflets), radio scripts, and other ATL/BTL formats.
  • Social Media & Scripts: Ideate and write short-form video scripts, Instagram captions, storytelling posts, influencer scripts, and brand films.
  • Brand Voice Ownership: Maintain a consistent tone of voice across every customer touch point. You'll also help define and evolve the brand tone as we grow.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work with design, performance, UI/UX, product and growth teams to bring communication to life.

What We're Looking For

  • 7-8 years of copywriting experience across digital and offline mediums.
  • Experience in app based, D2C or FMCG brands, advertising agencies, or start-ups is a big plus.
  • You know how to write short, impactful copy that converts — without losing the brand voice.
  • Strong conceptual skills — you're not just an executor.
  • Excellent command over English. Bonus if you're comfortable with writing in Hindi, Marathi or English.
  • A portfolio that showcases the range — from witty push notifications to long-form storytelling.
