The Electrical Application Engineer for High Voltage Disconnectors will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in the design, application, and integration of high voltage disconnectors in various electrical systems. This role involves working closely with customers, sales teams, and engineering departments to ensure that disconnectors meet application requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support to customers and sales teams regarding high voltage disconnectors.
    • Assist in the selection and specification of disconnectors based on customer requirements and application needs.
    • Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues related to disconnectors.
  • Design and Development:
    • Design high voltage electrical systems and components.
    • Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
    • Select appropriate materials and components to meet design specifications.
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Conduct simulations and analyses to validate designs.
    • Perform testing and troubleshooting of high voltage systems and components.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate high voltage systems into larger projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 8 years of experience in high voltage electrical design and engineering.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP).
    • Strong understanding of high voltage principles and safety protocols.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Working Conditions:
