We are seeking a skilled Front End Developer with expertise in ReactJS, HTML, and CSS to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to implement and maintain high-quality web applications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.

- Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into interactive and functional web pages.

- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

- Implement and maintain reusable code and libraries for future use.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in front end development.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve overall performance and user experience.

- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience as a Front End Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Knowledge of modern front end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).

- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

- Knowledge of front end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).

- Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, LESS).

- Understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that applications adhere to them.
