Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of

non-listed client companies

by providing the full set of corporate secretarial services;Ensure compliance with the Companies Ordinance, Listing Rules, Foreign Exchange Management Act, registrations/modifications with various authorities, and other regulatory and statutory requirements;Maintain good relationship with client;Build up opportunities for additional services provided to existing clients;Assist in maintaining the smooth operation of the team;Supervise and review subordinates’ work;Assist the Manager to monitor & manage the productivity and effectiveness of the team.

Key Requirements:Degree holder; member of ICSI0-1 years of Post qualification-relevant experiencePrior experience in client servicing environment is an advantage;Strong knowledge of local country company regulations is required, and, familiarity with regulations of other overseas jurisdictions is an advantage;Excellent command of both spoken and written English
