Incorporated in 2007, the company owns a fleet of 12,800 ISO UN Portable T11 25KL tanks. These tanks are fully equipped to carry food grade as well as non-food grade, oleo chemical products, petroleum, and petrochemical products. Eagletainer Logistics' mission is to continuously improve safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in the transportation of liquid cargo.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Operations Officer in Chennai with minimum experience of 5 years. The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of liquid cargo, managing logistics, coordinating with suppliers and customers, Timely IGM filing with Customs and maintaining inventory records. Should be able to manage operations handling of Import Shipments at all Chennai Ports. Ensure Compliance to the Customs and Allied Act requirements for Import Shipments. Attend and resolve the queries raised by Customs Department effectively. Be updated about the procedural requirements and changes in the Customs procedures, Port/CFS requirements and keep the HO informed about such changes.


Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree, Diploma in Customs, EXIM, etc desired.

Interpersonal Skills, Communication, Analytical Skills, Operations Management.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with Customs and Port/CFS.

Experience in logistics or supply chain management.

Providing timely resolution for issues raised to avoid penalties and fines.
