Vice President of Tele SalesLocation: Bangalore (Work from Office)Company: ffreedom app (Suvision Holdings Private Limited)Reports to: Founder & CEOAbout ffreedom app: The ffreedom app is a leading platform dedicated to empowering individuals through livelihood education. Job Description: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving tele sales and leading large teams? Do you have a proven track record in tele sales and a knack for motivating and coaching sales professionals? If so, we invite you to join our team at the ffreedom app as our Vice President of Tele Sales.

Key Responsibilities:1. Drive Tele Sales:• Lead and manage a large tele sales team of around 100 sales executives and managers. Develop and implement strategies to drive the sales of courses and subscriptions on the ffreedom app.

2.Sales Strategy & Execution:•

Prepare and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed overall sales targets.• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure targets are met•

3.Team Motivation & Coaching:• Motivate, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets. Foster a high-performance culture by providing ongoing training and development opportunities.

4. Leadership & Decision Making: Participate in the companyʼs core leadership team, contributing to key decision-making activities.• Collaborate with other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. .

5. Performance Management.• Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs for the tele sales team. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.•

6. Customer Focus.• Ensure a customer-centric approach in all sales activities.• Implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications :• Proven experience in a senior tele sales leadership role, managing large sales teams.• Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.•

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a large team.• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.• Experience in the education or tech industry is a plus.
