Our expertise lies in navigating HR responsibilities, risk, and compliance, enabling companies to enter new markets rapidly without setting up legal entities.Job Description: As a Compliance Technology Specialist within the Compliance Technology Team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining complex systems on a global scale to ensure compliance with BSA/AML regulations and industry best practices. This role entails designing, building, and maintaining metrics and dashboards, as well as producing management and regulatory reports. You will collaborate cross-functionally within the Compliance Technology team and across the organization, requiring strong data analytics, SQL, and data visualization skills. While prior experience in cryptocurrency and anti-financial crime is beneficial, it is not required.Responsibilities:Produce data extracts and metrics via SQL from various sources for regulators and internal governance reporting.Translate complex reporting requests into clear and actionable requirements.Assist in creating globally standardized reporting and robust data governance frameworks.Build compliance reports in a cross-functional dynamic environment, meeting multiple deadlines with accuracy.Prioritize ad-hoc requests and ongoing business-as-usual commitments effectively.Write clear documentation for review by regulators and external examiners.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions under minimal supervision.Design and build self-service dashboards and reports, incorporating visualizations.Skills:Required:5+ years of experience in a data analytics or reporting role at a large consulting, financial services, or technology firm.Very Strong Proficient analytical skills; strong SQL and data visualization skills.Prior experience in compliance, transaction monitoring, customer and transaction screening, KYC and risk rating, and regulatory/management reporting.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; experience in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.Ability to independently create plans for projects and oversee large, complex analytical projects spanning multiple teams.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Quick learner and team player who enjoys hands-on work.Nice to Have:Domain experience in Risk and Compliance.Experience working with external examiners and regulators.Experience with GitHub.Programming experience in Python.Knowledge of cryptocurrencies (not a prerequisite).Education: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
