Key Responsibilities:


• Create and manage detailed BIM models using software Revit, AutoCAD.

Render Projects using SketchUp, Escape, and Lumion. 

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, including drafting, 3D modelling, and rendering. 

• Prepare and coordinate construction documents, including GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and working drawings. 

 • Conduct regular reviews and quality checks of BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. 

 • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, software advancements, and industry trends to continuously improve the efficiency and quality of our projects.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture. 

• Experience: 1.5 - 3.5 years of experience in CAD and BIM modelling. Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape, Lumion, and MS Office is required. Advanced software knowledge or AI work experience is appreciated. 

 

Skills:

 

• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software (Revit, Dynamo, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Escape, Lumion, Rhino, Grasshopper). 

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes. 

•Good communication and teamwork skills. 

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
