We address the inefficiencies of fragmented tools and multiple subscriptions by offering a seamless solution that integrates company formation, banking, invoicing, client management, website building, and more.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled UX Designer & Funnel Expert to own the end-to-end user experience across our digital products and growth funnels. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in user research, funnel optimization, and design execution using tools like Figma. You will work closely with growth, product, and marketing teams to design seamless experiences that drive acquisition, activation, and retention in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities· Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand customer pain points.· Map and analyze conversion funnels to identify friction points and optimization opportunities.· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma (and other design tools).· Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to bring designs to life quickly.· Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency across platforms.· Run A/B tests and funnel experiments, analyzing data to refine user flows.· Stay on top of UX/UI trends, tools, and conversion best practices.Requirements· 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Funnel Specialist, or Product Designer.· Proven track record of optimizing funnels for Saa S, fintech, or digital-first businesses.· Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, user flows, and high-impact UX projects.· Proficiency in Figma (plus tools like Sketch, In Vision, or Adobe XD).· Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.· Familiarity with analytics and testing tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.).· Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with tight timelines.**Why Join Us:**- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and modern development practices.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Career growth and professional development opportunities.
