Job Title: Senior Event Manager 
Location : Mumbai

Reports to : Associate Vice President / Branch Head / Director
Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Event Manager to lead our event management team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning and executing large-scale corporate, brand, and experiential events. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end event process, from concept creation to execution, while ensuring high-quality service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities : Event Planning & Execution : Lead the planning, design, and execution of high-profile events such as corporate meetings, brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, and social events.
Client Management : Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of event details, budgets, timelines, and expectations.
Budgeting & Cost Control : Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring events are executed within budget while maintaining profitability.
Vendor Coordination : Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the highest standards of delivery. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of event coordinators, designers, and support staff. Ensure tasks are delegated efficiently and the team works cohesively.
Client Proposals & Presentations : Prepare creative proposals, pitch concepts, and present them to clients, showcasing innovative event solutions tailored to their needs.
On-Site Event Management : Supervise on-site operations, including setup, guest handling, and breakdown. Ensure all event activities run smoothly and according to plan.
Post-Event Reporting : Conduct post-event evaluations to measure client satisfaction and event success. Identify areas for improvement for future events.
Skills & Qualifications : Experience : 5-7 years of event management experience, with a focus on large-scale corporate and experiential events.
Strong knowledge of event production, logistics, and AV requirements.
Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and control costs without compromising quality.
Excellent project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong leadership qualities with experience managing teams.
Effective communication and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software.
Preferred Attributes : Previous experience working in a reputed event management agency or a corporate events team.
Creative problem solver with an eye for design and innovation.
Strong network of industry contacts in Mumbai and beyond.
A proactive approach to client engagement and service excellence.
