Scope of the Role:
The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our team and contributing to the achievement of our organizational goals.
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of associates, and ensuring the efficient execution of projects and initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources

Knowledge of performance evaluation and customer service metrics.

To establish procedures for maintaining high standards of fulfillment, reliability and accuracy and manage quality and service improvement initiatives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives.
Monitor team performance and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address issues.
Need to have 5-7 years expereince ,preferably in Ecomm, Retail, order management sevice sector.
