As a Packaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing packaging solutions that meet customer expectations while adhering to compliance standards and enhancing brand visibility.

- Stay updated on new briefs and critical requirements, ensuring packaging solutions align with brand values and market trends.- Develop packaging solutions for new product launches, range re-launches, and extensions, focusing on premium presentation and functionality.- Ensure all packaging meets customer and business expectations, while adhering to compliance standards and regulations.- Proactively research and implement innovative packaging solutions for both new and existing products, enhancing brand differentiation.- Establish and nurture a network of vendors capable of executing packaging requirements efficiently and cost-effectively.- Review design files from the design team to ensure compliance with printing guidelines and technical requirements.- Coordinate timely delivery of packaging requirements across multiple digital platforms and marketplaces, aligning with business needs.- Lead cost management initiatives to optimize packaging production costs without compromising quality.- Maintain inventory of branded packaging materials and oversee stock replenishment based on demand forecasts.- Manage distribution of packaging materials to retail centers and operational units, ensuring consistent brand representation.- Collaborate with the design team to develop Key Line Drawings (KLDs) tailored to the brand's requirements.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field.- Proven experience in packaging design and development, preferably in the food industry or FMCG sector or health and wellness sector with premium brands.- Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and compliance standards.- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.- Effective communication and negotiation skills to build and manage vendor relationships.- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.- Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer channels preferred.
