If you’re excited about working with modern infrastructure, solving real problems, and learning fast — we’d love to meet you.About the Role: CloudOps Engineer (3+ Years)We’re looking for a hands-on engineer who’s eager to learn, contribute, and grow with us. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain the network and cloud infrastructure that powers our AI workforce platform.What You’ll Do- Network Infrastructure → Assist in designing, implementing, and managing routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers- Containers → Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Docker containers and clusters- Cloud Platforms → Support infrastructure on Azure (compute, storage, networking)- Collaboration → Work closely with dev teams to ensure smooth integration between apps and infrastructure- Troubleshooting → Identify and resolve network and cloud-related issues in real timeWhy AgentPack?- Learn fast, grow fast → Work directly with founders and senior engineers — mentorship is part of the job- Hybrid-friendly → Flexibility to work from anywhere, with a culture of trust and ownership- No politics, just builders → Small, focused team where your work is always noticed- Global exposure → Build infrastructure that scales worldwide- Career growth → Generous stock options eligibility after Year 1- Weekly shipping → Be part of a team that moves fast, iterates fast, and learns fastWhat We’re Looking For- 3+ years of experience in network and cloud engineering- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and core networking protocols- Experience with Docker (containers, Compose, or Swarm)- Exposure to Azure (compute, storage, networking)- Familiarity with tools like Git, Jenkins, or similar- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)- A strong communicator who loves to learn and isn’t afraid to dive into new challengesReady to grow with us?This is your chance to launch your career with a global opportunity, shaping the future of AI-powered businesses.Apply here if this excites you.
