Fusie Engineers is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marine Draftsman to join our vibrant team. You will play a crucial role in transforming engineering designs into precise, detailed technical drawings, primarily for marine and offshore projects.

Your Profile:
- Diploma or relevant certificate in Marine Drafting, Technical Drawing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in marine/offshore drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software, with strong skills in 2D DWG creation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of ship structures, offshore platforms, floating assets, and related terminology.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications accurately.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Independent, responsible for project outcomes, and strongly client-focused.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to create detailed 2D technical drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive drawings for ships, offshore platforms, structural layouts, systems arrangements, and fabrication details.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on design changes.
- Engage directly with clients to clarify drawing requirements and specifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project-specific details.
