This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for our customers. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
  • Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project
  • Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Leverage user testing make product improvements

Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement SailPoint solutions, including integrating applications (AD, Workday, JDBC, Web Services) and implementing tasks such as Access Reviews and Policy Violations.

Custom Rule Development: Write and customize rules using Beanshell scripting to meet specific requirements.

Workflow Development: Develop and implement custom workflows to meet client needs, especially for tasks like Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and Reinstate events.

Integration & Troubleshooting: Integrate SailPoint with various systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for complex technical challenges.

REST API Design: Design and develop RESTful APIs to support integration and automation within SailPoint.

Shift Work: The candidate will work in shifts and is expected to adhere to shift schedules with shift allowances.

Quality Assurance & Unit Testing: Ensure all work is delivered with unit testing completed, ensuring high-quality code.

Deadline Adherence: Meet project deadlines and work efficiently to ensure timely delivery.

Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile development processes and collaborate using tools like Jira to track tasks and progress.
