Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with expertise in Python to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement server-side logic using Python.

Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

Develop and maintain databases, ensuring their performance, security, and availability.

Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

Collaborate with AI and AR teams to integrate new features.

Implement security and data protection measures.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced degrees (Master's, PhD) and graduates from NIT and IIT will be given priority.

Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.

Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Experience with database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for seamless integration.

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience with AI and AR technologies.

Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced NLP models and algorithms. Create and refine conversational AI systems, ensuring seamless user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products. Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies. Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Work on-site in Surat with flexibility for remote work in exceptional circumstances. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field. Prior experience in a startup environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.
