We are seeking a highly experienced Civil Foreman to join our team at DCS Group. As a Civil Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring the smooth execution of all civil works. This is a senior-level position that requires extensive knowledge and expertise in civil construction.

Proven experience as a Civil Foreman in the construction industryExtensive knowledge of civil construction processes, codes, and regulationsStrong leadership and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficient in the use of construction software and toolsKnowledge of safety protocols and proceduresAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAttention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities on-siteEnsure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulationsPlan and schedule construction phases to meet project deadlinesManage and optimize the use of resources, including materials, equipment, and laborCoordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and servicesConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issuesMonitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project managerImplement and maintain safety procedures and protocolsResolve any conflicts or disputes that arise during construction
