Dispute Analyst

We are looking for a Dispute Analyst/Deposit Operations Analyst who supports the processing for some of the platform's transaction channels; will be responsible forperforming a wide variety of bank operational duties in a high volume environment. These positions interact with various bank personnel while serving as a resource agent for all deposit operational areas, and assisting in the verification of processes and applications. Are you ready to revolutionize the small business banking industry with us?About the Role:Review and investigate debit card/ACH disputes claimsCustomer Service related functionsCoordinate investigations with local, state, and federal law enforcement agenciesReview and attend training related to dispute programs and servicesMaintains detailed records on all work responsibilities as requiredProcess ACH and debit card disputesProcess ACH Transactions when neededMaintain training and education needs related to Regulation E and NACHA rulesEnsures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures Perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements for the Role: Analytical and SQL skills is essential Proficiency in Google Sheets is also required.
