Job Overview

As a Social Media Expert & Content Creator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Creating original, engaging, and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, blogs, creatives, videos).
  • Managing and optimizing paid campaigns to generate brand awareness, quality leads, and conversions.
  • Engaging with online communities by responding to comments, queries, and messages.
  • Monitoring analytics, generating reports, and improving campaign performance using data-driven insights.
  • Staying ahead of trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital content.
  • Collaborating with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1.5 – 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management and content creation. Proven track record of running successful paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with design/editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editors.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity to bring fresh campaign ideas.
  • A team player's spirit with the drive to make content that connects and converts.
