In addition to above, the firm will focus on broader Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) products, supercomputing services, and end-to-end AI engineering services.
We are seeking an experienced HPC Solution Architect to join our team. As an HPC Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex High Performance Computing solutions tailored to meet the computational needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and engineers to understand requirements, develop architecture designs, and ensure successful deployment of HPC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business requirements for HPC solutions.
- Design scalable and efficient HPC architectures, including cluster configurations, storage systems, networking, and job scheduling frameworks.
- Develop detailed technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
- Work closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Lead and participate in discussions with clients to articulate technical solutions and benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HPC technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers and technical teams throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of HPC systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HPC Solution Architect or a similar role, designing and deploying complex HPC solutions.
- Deep understanding of HPC technologies, including cluster management software (e.g., Slurm, PBS/Torque), parallel file systems, and interconnects (InfiniBand, Ethernet).
- Experience with performance benchmarking, tuning, and optimization of HPC applications and systems.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in HPC-related technologies (e.g., Certified HPC Solution Architect).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures.
- Experience with GPU computing and accelerators (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Knowledge of data analytics frameworks and machine learning libraries.
