About the Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

- Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to support core HR functions, including personnel administration, benefits management, payroll, time and labor management, and talent management.

- Design and implement integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party HR applications, using Oracle Integration Cloud or other integration platforms.

- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and other reporting tools to provide insights into workforce metrics and trends.

- Provide guidance and best practices for data migration, conversion, and validation during Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, functionalities, and updates, and provide recommendations for system enhancements and optimizations.

- Technical knowledge in HCM integration.

- Hands on integration with non-Oracle system/3rd party such as Learning with Training provider, and payroll integration.

- Experienced with HDL template upload.

- Experienced in setup fast formula, audit rules, OTBI report.

- Experienced with coding and developing OTBI, BI Publisher, custom report, dashboard.

- Up to date with latest Oracle Fusion HCM Module and patches.

- Configure and document all Oracle technical documents.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience of implementing or supporting Oracle HCM

- Excellent knowledge in all HCM module which include Core HR, Performance Management System, Succession Planning, Competencies and Development, Recruitment (ORC), Career Portal, Journey, Preboarding, Onboarding, Offboarding, Calibration, Compensation, Benefit, OTL, Overtime, Absence Management.
