Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join our Digital Applications team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in .NET technologies, hands-on experience with third-party payment aggregators and BBPS systems, and strong knowledge of settlement and reconciliation workflows in the BFSI domain. This role requires both technical leadership and the ability to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable applications using .NET, .NET Core, MVC, and RESTful APIs.

Lead daily operations, provide hands-on technical guidance, and resolve complex production issues.

Architect and implement robust payment settlement and reconciliation systems.

Integrate with third-party payment aggregators and BBPS platforms.

Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Ensure compliance with BFSI security protocols, data protection, and regulatory standards.

Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Proactively identify and address performance, scalability, and security challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

8–9 years of hands-on experience in software development using:

.NET Framework / .NET Core

MVC architecture

RESTful API development

Strong knowledge of BFSI payment systems, including:

BBPS aggregator integration

Third-party payment gateway integration

Settlement and reconciliation workflows

Proficiency in SQL Server / Oracle relational databases.

Familiarity with security protocols, data encryption, and BFSI compliance standards.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful delivery.
