Position: Engineer – Sales & Business development – North & West India (Hydraulics)Educational qualification: B. E. with Mechanical / MechatronicsExperience : 3 -5 years in Industrial Hydraulics is aLocation: Ahmedabad (Moraiya) The primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for a Sales engineer are listed below:➢ Sales & Business development function Study the incoming enquiries of Hydraulic systems and respond to customers in case of anyquery. Pre-proposal discussion with the customer to get a better understanding of project requirements andcreate a unique value proposition by gaining their confidence. With the help of the Technical team, prepare hydraulic circuit diagrams, select appropriatecomponents, prepare part list, and work out costing for the project. Submit Techno-Commercial offer to customers and discuss any queries/alignments. Discuss and align with the Company – Voith management to strategize the commercial proposal towin the order. Upon receipt of an order, prepare release documents and align with CFT for completeinformation transfer for the project. Support the design team in the document approval process Support the operation team during the execution of the project if they have any challenges. Support the finance team to align commercial aspects and the payment follow-up process withcustomers. Market Mapping for potential customers in the Indian market. Expand business wings with new customer development. Visit customers for strategic meetings and strengthen the Company's position. Prepare competitor analysis to work on future business strategies. Support Company management in creating a Great Place to Work.
