Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Pharmacist
at Reenav Group in Mumbai. The Pharmacy Assistant will support the Pharmacist in the execution of the Patient Support Program (PSP) by assisting in order punching, documentation, and medicine dispatch. This role is ideal for individuals with 0–2 years of experience who want to grow in the pharma distribution and patient support domain.

Key duties include:

  • Assisting the Pharmacist in receiving prescriptions and verifying basic patient/order details.
  • Entering and updating patient and order information in the ERP system under supervision.
  • Supporting medicine dispensing activities by preparing packs, labels, and documentation.
  • Coordinating with courier/distribution teams for dispatches and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Monitoring and recording storage conditions (cold chain and non-cold chain) as instructed.
  • Maintaining logs, registers, and filing of PSP documentation.
  • Assisting in audits, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
  • Supporting inventory checks, stock reconciliation, and raising alerts for shortages.
  • Providing administrative support such as scheduling, report preparation, and communication with partners under Pharmacist guidance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)
  • Registration with State Pharmacy Council (preferred, not mandatory for D.Pharm trainees)
  • 0–2 years of experience in pharmacy, distribution, or healthcare operations
  • Basic knowledge of prescription handling and pharmacy operations
  • Willingness to be trained on cold chain handling, compliance, and PSP protocols
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with computers, MS Office, and ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
