Whether your role involves development, maintenance, compliance, or analysis through research programs, your contribution is crucial and will have a direct impact on patients.What You Will AchieveIn this role, you will:Investigate quality issues within manufacturing.Examine deviations, and atypical investigationsIdentify root causes and suggest effective corrective action plansEnsure all reports comply with regulatory requirements and company policiesContribute to moderately complex projects, managing your own time to meet targetsDevelop plans for short-term work activities within a collaborative team environmentApply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute to work within the Work TeamMake decisions to resolve moderately complex problems in standard situationsWork under general supervision, following established procedures and general instructionsPeriodically review work, and may review the work of other colleagues in a mentor roleHere Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)BA/BS with at least 2 years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of experience or associate's degree with at least 6 years of experience or high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 8 years of relevant experienceProven record of problem-solving and decision-making skillsExperience in the pharmaceutical industryStrong background and knowledge in manufacturing, compliance, and technology investigations, processes, and systemsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyEffective communication skills, both written and verbalComputer literate with superior skills in managing Excel spreadsheetsBonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)Master's degreeExperience with investigations, including conducting and writing investigations using methodologyFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and quality standardsStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with root cause analysis and corrective action plansExcellent organizational skillsAbility to mentor and guide junior colleaguesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team environmentWork Location Assignment: On PremisePfizer is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable equal employment opportunity legislation in each jurisdiction in which it operates.Quality Assurance and Control
