Design Lead:As a Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all Product UI/UX design processes and ensuring that projects are being executed both excellently and efficiently.You will work closely with the product team, other functions to conceptualize and execute designs to solve problems. You may manage a team of designers, and work closely and inclusively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:Research and analysis, overseeing a variety of design projects such as interactive design, and gauging the performance of designing strategies implementedYou will conduct the initial design frameworks and help the team with specifications needed in specific projects, using multiple software and digital boardsAssist the team with ideas and provide them with creative input for new designsDesign interactive user interfaces and oversee all the necessary design changes that are to be madeCollaborate with development teams to make sure that all the essential design specifications are implemented with accuracyAbility to develop quick design ideas based on briefs provided and ensure that all deadlines are followedCreate design prototypes, features, and specifications for the company based on consumer/user insightsInteract with Business Heads/Users to understand their needs and develop better products/websites/applicationsPromote a spirit of innovation and creativity within the design team to ensure that new ideas keep comingCapable of working on large or complex projects (or multiple small/mid-size projects) while maintaining momentum and qualityConducts primary and secondary research to discover unknowns and to explore trends, perspectives, and applications in the field (including market research, stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry/ ethnographic observation, etc.)Effectively manage a team of designers and provide creative direction and input on all design-related projects and functionsTranslate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes and prototypesDevelop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency across all projects and platformsOversee the entire design process from concept to execution, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest qualityWork closely with product managers and developers to ensure that designs are feasible and meet technical requirements

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field7 years of experience in a design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management positionStrong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums and platformsProficiency in design tools such as Figma or equivalent softwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levelsProven leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve their best workAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.An eye for detail and analytical skills to read and take inputs from the audience and market research dataStrong knowledge of various designing processes and prior experience in managing themFamiliarity with the latest technology that has become standard in the industry.
