Key Responsibilities:-

  • Configure and support SAP PS modules including Project Definitions, WBS Structures, Networks, and Activities.
  • Lead and support at least 1 full-cycle SAP PS implementation project in S/4 HANA environment.
  • Perform Results Analysis (RA) and provide insights on financial concepts including cost/revenue planning, CO versions, value categories, budgeting, and settlements.
  • Work on business documentation, functional specs, and guide the technical team for ABAP developments.
  • Ensure integration with FI/CO, SD, PP, PM, MM, and HCM modules for seamless process execution.
  • Support enterprise processes like Engineer to Order (ETO), Make to Stock (MTS), Make to Order (MTO), Capital Projects, and Investment Management.
  • Conduct customization in IMG for PS profiles, cost planning, budgeting, scheduling, settlements, and reporting.
  • Handle project-related procurement, resource-related billing, and CATS integration.
  • Work on reporting and analysis using Budget Information System (BIS) and hierarchy-based reports for costs/revenues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system integrations like PS-MRS, PS-SRM, PS-PPM, PS-PM, and BI/BPC.
  • Provide post-implementation support, resolve issues, and optimize processes.

Desired Skills & Experience:-

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PS consulting.
  • Strong knowledge of Project System master data and transactional data migration in S/4 HANA.
  • Good exposure to finance processes and understanding of cost controlling.
  • Experience in customizing and configuring SAP PS (Project Profiles, Networks, Activities, Settlement Profiles, Results Analysis).
  • Strong understanding of integration with FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, and HCM modules.
  • Knowledge of CATS, MRS, SRM, PPM integration is an advantage.
  • Experience in preparing functional specifications and guiding technical developments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
