offering an intimate dining experience with stunning sunset views. We're looking for a passionate
Restaurant Manager / F&B Manager
to handle the
opening setup and daily operations
.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-opening setup (licenses, vendors, inventory, team).
  • Oversee daily
    food & beverage service
    and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train & lead a small service team.
  • Work with chefs to maintain quality standards.
  • Handle inventory, cost control & compliance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in
    restaurant / F&B management
    .
  • Strong leadership & communication skills.
  • Fluent in English & Hindi.
  • Flexible to work evenings & weekends.
