Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic andresultsoriented CSM to join our team. The ideal candidate will beresponsible for cultivating relationshipswith clients and nurturing existing accounts to drive businessgrowth in the IT staffingsector.
Responsibilities:Act as the primary point of contact between the staffing companyand clients in the BFSI domain. Collaborateclosely with clients to understand their staffing needs for new andreplacement positions within their organizations. Conduct thorough assessments of clientrequirements and translate them into effective staffing strategies. Screen and recommend qualified candidatesto fulfill client positions ensuring alignment with both technicaland cultural requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationshipswith clients fostering a deep understanding of their business goalsand staffing challenges. Proactively address client concernsproviding effective solutions to enhance overall satisfaction andsuccess. Monitor industry trends and clientneeds to stay ahead of staffing requirements within the dynamicBFSI landscape. Collaborate with internalteams to optimize client engagement and ensure seamlesscommunication throughout the recruitmentlife cycle. Regularly review and report onkey performance indicators demonstrating the impact of staffingefforts on client success. Understandfinancial terms of the agreement. L1/2escalationmanagementQualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience in client success oraccount management preferably within the BFSI or financial servicesindustry. Indepth understanding of BFSIindustry trends technology and staffing challenges. Strong communication negotiation andinterpersonal skills. Demonstrated abilityto manage multiple client relationships and prioritize tasks in afastpaced environment. Resultsorientedmindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding clientexpectations. Familiarity with applicanttracking systems and recruitment tools. Started off as a recruiter. Willingness totravel as much as required by theclient
