Join Our Team:
We're seeking a passionate and dynamic Brand Associate to contribute to our brand's growth.
Responsibilities:
Visual Storytelling: Craft stunning lookbooks aligning with each collection's theme, capturing PowerSutra's essence. Also, collaborate with our designers for the same.
Photo Shoot Management: Oversee product, model, and creator photo shoots, ensuring brand-aligned aesthetics and model direction. Write detailed scripts for creator shoots.
Social Media Strategist: Assist the brand manager in developing and executing social media strategies on key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook) to engage our target audience.
Brand Partnerships: Identify influential women for collaborations and manage the entire process, from outreach to partnership execution.
PR: Manage end-to-end organic PR outreach with external agencies and contribute to brand strategy for consistent messaging across all touchpoints (website, social media, PR materials).
Powersutra Specifics:
Collaborate with designers on lookbooks and photo shoots to ensure alignment with the latest collections and design concepts.
Create content that showcases the empowering impact of PowerSutra, emphasising the confidence women gain from our formal wear.
Develop partnerships with organisations supporting women's professional growth and advancement.
Collaborate across departments (sales, marketing, etc.) to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of relevant experience in Fashion/Marketing/Fashion Merchandising/Retail or a related field (Fashion Tech post graduate is a plus).
Proven experience in retail or fashion industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in content & design software.
