Job Description: BusinessAnalyst (Senior Executive Grade) Bluedart Express Ltd PositionOverview: We are seeking a skilled and experiencedBusiness Analyst with a strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPointpresentations. The ideal candidate will have 25 years of experiencein a Business Analyst role with a focus on generating reportsanalysing data creating projections for sales and collections andconducting trend analysis specific to the sales department of theregion. The candidate should possess excellent analytical skillsattention to detail and the ability to communicate complex ideaseffectively.Positions :01Location :HyderabadResponsibilities:
  • Generateregular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metricsrelated to sales and collections.
  • Conductindepth analysis of data to identify trends opportunities and areasfor improvement.
  • Develop and maintaindashboards and visualizations in Excel and other tools to presentfindings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to gather data validate findings andimplement solutions.
  • Prepare PowerPointpresentations to communicate analysis results insights andrecommendations to senior management(GM).
  • Assist in forecasting and creatingprojections for sales and collections based on historical data andmarket trends.
  • Identify and track relevantindustry benchmarks and competitive intelligence to supportdecisionmaking.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis andsupport to the sales department asneeded.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in any discipline.
  • 25 years ofexperience in a Business Analyst role preferably in a sales orfinance environment.
  • Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel including pivot tables VLOOKUP and complexformulae.
  • Experience in creating professionalPowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong analyticaland problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data intoactionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to convey complexideas clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Knowledge of data visualizationtools and techniques is aplus.
Compensation:
  • AnnualCTC: Hike is based on current salary (2030% on existing salarypackage)and other perks as per companyPolicies
